Hello,
I own an Acer Nitro AN515-57 laptop and I am having issues enabling Secure Boot.
- In BIOS, I have set Supervisor Password and enabled Secure Boot.
- The system disk is GPT and BIOS mode is set to UEFI.
- I restored factory keys and tried “OS Optimized Defaults → Enabled”.
- I also attempted the “Select an UEFI file as trusted for executing” option and added
bootx64.efi
as WindowsBootManager
.
However, in Windows (msinfo32
) the Secure Boot State still shows as “Off”.
Could you please advise how I can properly enable Secure Boot on this model so it works with applications that require it (e.g., FACEIT anti-cheat)?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
