I tried looking on the website for info about my new Nitro 60 PC and could not find anything about it. I could not even register the unit because it does not recognize my SNID or S\N. My guess is because it was just built last month being 7/12/2025 IDK. Anyway the question is this. Does anyone know the max RAM and SSD/HDD support that the N60-641-UB21? I tried doing a crucial memory scan on it and it did not work.

    Hello FireTrek,

For the Nitro N60‑641‑UB21 desktop, here are the upgrade parameters and recommendations:

    Memory (RAM)

    • Max capacity: 64 GB (2 × 32 GB) DDR5 UDIMM.
    • Type/speed: DDR5‑4800 MHz, unbuffered, non‑ECC.
    • Recommendation: Use matched modules from reliable brands such as Crucial, Kingston, or Corsair to ensure stability and compatibility.

    Storage

    • M.2 slots:
      • 1 × PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.2 2280 (primary SSD slot)
      • 1 × PCIe Gen 3 NVMe M.2 2280 (secondary SSD slot)
    • SATA bays:
      • 2 × 3.5‑inch SATA III bays for HDD or SSD
    • Recommendations:
      • For primary OS drive: PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD (e.g., Samsung 980 PRO, WD Black SN850X).
      • For secondary/high‑capacity storage: 3.5‑inch HDD (e.g., WD Blue, Seagate Barracuda) or 2.5‑inch SATA SSD for quieter, faster data access.

    Tip:

When adding new storage, enable AHCI/NVMe mode in BIOS if available for best performance, and ensure adequate cooling for high‑speed Gen 4 SSDs
