Acer USB C hub, I cannot get my remote display to run with either the HDMI port or the USB C ports

I have an Acer USB C hub model # ODK3E0. I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I cannot get my remote display to run with either the HDMI port or the USB C ports. I am able to power my remote display through the USB C port in the computer, just not through the Hub.

Ideas? Thanks

Hi @DaleDontKnow IMO this is a Microsoft Answers issue, not an Acer monitor issue.

Please make sure you are using the correct cable for your setup and that the proper input port on the monitor is selected in the on‑screen display (OSD) menu.

It is not an Acer display. Just an Acer USB C Hub.

My display works fine from the Surface Pro's USB C port. Just not through the Hub
