Hi aveeeeshek, Thanks for sharing the image — the grey washouts when hovering the mouse do look like a screen rendering issue, possibly tied to the monitor or GPU.

    Here’s what you can try:

    1. Connect your system to a different monitor or TV using HDMI.
      • If the glitch disappears, the issue is likely with your current monitor.
      • If it persists, it may be a GPU or driver-related problem.
    2. Try updating or reinstalling your graphics drivers via Acer’s support site or directly from Nvidia/Intel, depending on your Nitro model.
    3. If the issue continues and it’s isolated to the monitor, you can bring or ship just the monitor to Acer Services in your country — no need to send the whole system.

Also, if you can share your exact Nitro model and setup (laptop or desktop), it’ll help others give more targeted advice.

A mouse glitching can be caused by several factors, including hardware issues, driver problems, or software conflicts. To troubleshoot, try these steps: check the mouse surface and connection, ensure the mouse is clean, update or reinstall mouse drivers, and consider potential software conflicts.
