Hello, I bought 32 GB RAM sticks with a frequency of 4800 MHz and I am only getting 4000 MHz. I would like to know if it is possible to change this. The compatibility of the RAM has been verified on the Crucial website.

If the unit RAM is running only at 4000MHz than the reason is the motherboard or CPU might not be fully compatible with the 4800MHz speed, or the system's BIOS settings are configured to run the RAM at a lower frequency.

Acer don't support EXPO or XMP so you're stuck with standard stock timings of the RAM. Friends system is the same with different RAM.

Shouldn't have bought the system since they don't offer support for XMP/EXPO timings
