Touchpad doesn't work

Hi, 2 months ago I've just got Aspire 3 15 and for some reason touchpad stopped working recently, and I can't find drivers to update it, please help

    1. Check Touchpad Settings:

    • Go to Settings > Devices > Touchpad.
    • Make sure the touchpad is toggled to the "on" position.
    • Also, check for any sensitivity or gesture settings that might be causing issues. 

    2. Update Touchpad Drivers:

    • Using Device Manager:
      • Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager. 
      • Expand Mice and other pointing devices. 
      • Right-click on your touchpad device (it might be listed as "Synaptics", "ELAN", or "HID-compliant mouse"). 
      • Select Update driver. 
      • Choose Search automatically for drivers. 

    3. Reinstall Touchpad Drivers:

    • If updating doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. 
    • In Device Manager, right-click your touchpad device and select Uninstall device. 
    • Restart your computer. Windows will automatically try to reinstall the driver.
