I cannot register my product ?

I cannot register my product - I key in the correct SNID (I've checked it 5 times) & date of purchase but the date of purchase is rejected (in red) with message "date must be in yyyy\mm\dd format" - BUT I SELECT THE DATE FROM A CALENDAR! - the date is in that format! Who can I telephone to get this correct? What am I doing wrong?

    Yup same here - thought it might've been a US date format thing - but I used the calendar widget.

    Come on Acer - this is my first product with you and my first registration. You haven't haven't answered the OP, what should we do?
