Acer Aspire 7750G Need Driver for Battery management

my old Acer Aspire 7750G needs a modern driver. I have W10 installed and on the blade connectors to the battery I measure following Voltage : Total amount of blades : 8

plus blade : 0,5 V
2th plus blade : 0,5 V
0 V
3,3 V
3,31V
3,31V
0 V
- blade (ground)

Adapter 19V is plugged in

I thing Windows10 blocks the powersupply due of the wrong driver??????

Via Device manegement and Battery : I can read : Microsoft AC -adapter

and Microsoft Surface ACPI-Complaint Control Method Battery

I think I need a better driver I already visited HlepDrivers site but was not succesfull.

Does somebody knows a solution…………………………

I suggest that you only use genuine Acer oem battery and adapters that Acer lists for the Aspire 7750G below, do not buy and fit copy replacement parts for this old laptop, as that is what will give you problems with these old batteries if they are not a genuine listed and recommended Acer product. Buy and use ONLY the below listed parts for the Aspire 7750G laptop, as its from its service guide.

The HelpDrivers site is the most comprehensive source for drivers for these old laptops to what I've experienced, if they don't have the driver that you want, then it will be very hard for you to get it, as Acer has stopped all support for the Aspire 7750G laptops a long time ago. 🔋 Battery Age & Compatibility

Your Aspire 7750G is over a decade old, so any battery you find today will likely be:

Refurbished (new cells in old casing)
Aftermarket (non-OEM, third-party build)

Dear Puraw thanks for your information. One question still for you. In the attached screenshots I show you the driver for my battery in my Acer Aspire. Do you think this will due the battery job in my Acer.
