League of legends kicking due to TPM not activated, BIOS update fails with password prompt on G3-710

Hey, since 1 week i have a big problem playing leauge of legends. Everytime I load into the game i get kicked after 3-4 minutes because my TPM isnt activated. In my outdated BIOS it also says TPM deactivated but i cant activate it. The RIOT support told me to update my BIOS. I installed the folder, unzipped it and opened the FLASH.BAT but the problem is that after opening it it demands a password. I put in my PC Password and on the second try my BIOS password but nothing happens, after 3 tries the application closes and if I restart my PC and enter the BIOS im Still on R01.A1 not A4
