Is 64GB DDR5 (2x32GB) supported on PHN16-71? Kingston Fury Incompatiblity?

I have an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 with the following specs:

Model: PHN16-71
Manufacturing Year: 2024
CPU: Intel Core i9-13900HX
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
Display: 16" WQXGA (2560×1600), 165Hz, 3ms
Storage: 1TB SSD
Original RAM: 16GB DDR5 5600MHz (2×8GB)
BIOS Version: latest version

I upgraded to Kingston FURY Impact 64GB kit (2×32GB, 5600MHz, CL40) and now the laptop does not boot — only a black screen.

I tried:

Both sticks installed → black screen
One stick (32GB) installed alone → black screen
Reinstalled old RAM → works fine

My questions:

Does the PHN16-71 support 2×32GB = 64GB DDR5 RAM?
Is Kingston FURY Impact compatible, or should I try another brand/model?
Should I instead downgrade to 32GB total (2×16GB) from the same Kingston series?

When I originally ordered the Kingston Fury kit, I also ordered a Crucial 32GB DDR5 5600MHz CL46 1.1V kit (2×16GB), but it was out of stock at the time. It arrived today, and I tested it — same issue: black screen, no boot, even with just one stick installed.

I noticed that the official RAM support list only mentions DDR5 4800MHz, but my stock RAM is 5600MHz (SK Hynix 2×8GB) and works perfectly.

So now I'm wondering:

If my laptop shipped with 5600MHz RAM, why does Crucial 5600MHz not work?
Is this a case of SPD/timing incompatibility, even if the voltage and speed match?
Should I stick strictly to 4800MHz kits, or only use SK Hynix/Samsung OEM-grade modules?
