Acer TravelMate P249-G2-MG Could you please assist me in unlocking or updating the BIOS?

I am currently using an Acer TravelMate P249-G2-MG laptop with BIOS version v1.19E. I am experiencing a BIOS version lock issue that prevents me from updating to a newer version. The system reports that the ROM file version is the same, even though the update is newer.

I suspect this version may be enterprise-locked or customized. Could you please assist me in unlocking or updating the BIOS?
