    Hi Allan_Knights1

Windows 11 on Aspire VX 15? Short answer: Not officially supported.

The VX 15 has Secure Boot, but it typically lacks TPM 2.0, which is required for Windows 11. It ships with a 7th Gen Intel CPU, and Acer hasn’t listed this model as compatible:

Without TPM 2.0 — either via Intel PTT or a discrete chip — it doesn’t meet Microsoft’s minimum specs. Workarounds do exist, but they won’t guarantee update reliability or long-term support.

Acer’s own breakdown of requirements is also worth a look: 🔍 https://blog.acer.com/en/discussion/255/can-i-run-windows-11-on-my-pc-a-guide

So unless your unit happens to have a rare TPM module installed, I’d say it’s a no go for Windows 11.
