    Try the below steps:

    1. Force Restart: Firstly, forcing a restart of the laptop could help. Holding down the power button for a few seconds will force the laptop to turn off. Then try turning it on again.
    2. Change Power Settings: Change the action for 'When I close the lid' in the power settings of Windows. Navigate to 'Control Panel' > 'Power Options' > 'Change plan settings' > 'Change advanced power settings', then find the 'When I close the lid' option and try selecting 'Do nothing' instead of 'Sleep'.
    3. Update Drivers: Ensure that your graphics card driver is up-to-date. If the driver is not the latest version, try updating it.

Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery (if applicable). Disconnect all peripherals, including external monitors and docking stations. Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds. Reconnect the battery (if applicable) and the power adapter, then turn on your laptop.
