Hello, I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 and when I play, I run the nitro sense application on performance mode and it heats up very much, at 100 degrees which is the limit (I want to mention that the fan speed is at maximum), is that normal? Oh, and I also have a cooler pad!

The Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 reaching 100°C while gaming in Performance mode with NitroSense is not ideal, but not necessarily indicative of a problem if it's a short-term peak. It's within the laptop's thermal design limits, but consistently high temperatures can impact performance and component lifespan

I understand that it's within the limit range, but it's still too much for a laptop to heat up that much. Why are they putting it on the market if it catches fire during more intense games....
