For Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-71) users experiencing issues with Predator Sense and RGB lighting, the recommended action is to update to the latest version of Predator Sense from the Acer support website specifically for your model. If the problem persists, ensure Windows and all drivers, including those for the lighting system, are up-to-date. Additionally, check for any conflicting software or BIOS updates and consider reinstalling Predator Sense in Safe Mode.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:-

    1. Ensure you have the correct version:
Download the latest Predator Sense version from the Acer support website for your PHN16-71.
Avoid versions intended for different models, like the PHN16-72.
    2. Update Windows and Drivers:
Make sure Windows 11 is fully updated.
Update all device drivers, especially those related to the lighting system and motherboard.
    3. Check for Conflicting Software:
Ensure no other programs are interfering with Predator Sense's control of the RGB lighting.
Consider temporarily disabling other RGB control software to isolate the issue.
    4. Update BIOS and Check for Compatibility:
Check for a BIOS update on the Acer support website.
Ensure your BIOS and Windows versions are compatible with the latest Predator Sense version.

    5. Reinstall Predator Sense:
Uninstall the current Predator Sense version completely.
    Reboot your laptop.
Reinstall the latest version downloaded from the Acer website.
Consider reinstalling in Safe Mode if issues persist.
    6. Check Predator Sense Settings:
Open Predator Sense and navigate to the Lighting or Area Lighting Control section.
Verify that the RGB settings are configured correctly for your desired effects.
Check if any specific lighting profiles are causing the problem.
