Well, it all started a few days ago, I wanted to play Valorant on the laptop and this game asks to activate the TPM and the secure boot from the BIOS. I did it as I have done on other computers and everything was fine, I played a game and then put a video on YouTube. Suddenly it turned off and didn't turn on anymore. The black screen, the fan starts but turns off and the power light does turn on. Talking to copilot he recommended me to do a BIOS recovery mode. I got into the acer page looking for my model and with the help of the AI I did all the procedure that in theory I was supposed to do, downloaded the bios file, opened the .exe with 7-zip and took out the abobios.bin file and I extracted it with insydeimageextractor. He gave me a .fd file that was what I was looking for because of the AI instructions. I made many copies of this file with different names and put them on a formatted pendrive, connected it to the laptop and turned it on by pressing fn + esc, then the power button. When doing so, the fan began to turn quite strongly and in theory he should have waited 5-10 minutes, more than the time has passed and the fan only turns and nothing else happens. Really

Hey, based on what you've shared, I think it’s best to stop any further recovery attempts for now and take the unit to Acer Services in your country. Since the system doesn’t post and Secure Boot/TPM were toggled, there’s a good chance the firmware environment got corrupted—especially if an incorrect BIOS file was involved. Acer techs can properly reprogram the EEPROM with the correct image and re-establish the EC/BIOS handshake, which is something that can't be safely done outside their tools.

If they ask what happened, just keep it simple:

“I enabled Secure Boot and TPM to play Valorant, and after a restart, the system wouldn't boot—no display, just fan and lights. I tried basic recovery steps, but it didn’t work.”

That avoids warranty issues and gives them just enough to go on. Best to let them handle the deep-level reflash and verification.

Hi Acer has Services shops there, call: Venezuela 58-212-985-6990. You don't need warranty but there will be a charge, You can ship the laptop to their Acer Service point in Venezuela. Repair shops don't have the proper equipment to reprogram an EEPROM.

Easiest first step is to do a Hard Reset first like this:

Hard Reset - Remove all the screws from the base cover to the upper case of your Aspire A315-24PT laptop, starting from the upper side, pry to release the upper side latches, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case.

Press the power key for 15 seconds to release all power to the laptop and then disconnect the main battery cable from the mainboard, then take the main battery out. Then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the bios batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug (as shown below) to reset CMOS.

Leave the laptop like that for at least 30 to 60min so that the EC and Chipset chips reset completely and then reconnect everything, as the laptop should turn on and boot properly with an image on the screen.

If the above Hard Reset doesn’t work, then your A315-24PT has a main power rail chip that has shorted and needs replacing which is stopping the laptop from booting, I suggest that you take your laptop to a technician in Venezuela that has experience and/or parts to fix this Acer laptop, otherwise you can't do anything except send your laptop to another country that has an Acer Tech Support or technicians that can fix the Aspire A315-24PT laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out some more.
