Acer Veriton x2660g Boot SSD suddenly locked with unknown BIOS password

Good day, just signed up today just to seek help for this problem.

So I was cleaning this Acer pc of mine and after reassembling it and turning it on I couldn't boot to windows because my ssd boot drive with windows 10 got locked by itself? then I went to bios and there was a password set on that ssd that I didn't set at all, of course I couldn't remove it since I dont know the password, I even went ahead and removed the cmos battery to reset the bios but no luck, my last resort is contacting Acer service since its even said there in the pic I attached, I emailed Acer support and got a reply after like 40 mins asking for my location and serial no. of this Veriton x2660g of mine and so I sent it to them but I still havent gotten any replies ever since for like 5 hours now.

so I'm hoping I could get some support in this forum, I need to use my pc already, I'm worried about my files stored in that ssd. Thanks in advance.

I don't think that Acer will help you with passwords ?

What were you cleaning ?
