My Predator Helios 315-53 battery is stuck at 5%. Battery replacement needed?

Laptop battery stuck at 5%. Battery report shows that the capacity is almost half. Does the battery need replacement?

DESIGN CAPACITY: 58, 751 mWh

FULLCHARGE CAPACITY: 37, 267 mWh

The battery has stopped charging beyond 5 percentage. The laptop is 4 years old.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.

Disconnected the battery, removed the residual charge, plugged it in and let it charge for more than 2 hrs without switching on the pc.

BIos is updated, doesn't seem like an OS glitch.

Nothing seems to work.

The battery calibration software is also unable to charge it.

Initially I thought it could be an OS glitch but now I think the battery has given up on me. Shall I order a new one? Will it resolve the issue?
