Hallo,ich habe auf meinem Acer Nitro ANV15-41 versehentlich ein Supervisor-Passwort im BIOS eingerichtet und es leider vergessen.
Beim Einschalten erscheint nun die Meldung:
„Need to insert FAT/FAT32 USB dongle“
Was genau muss ich jetzt tun?Benötige ich eine spezielle Datei vom Acer Support, um das Passwort zurückzusetzen?
Wenn ja:
Wo bekomme ich diese Datei?
- Welche Informationen muss ich angeben (z. B. Seriennummer, Kaufbeleg)?
- Wie muss der USB-Stick vorbereitet sein (z. B. Format, Dateiname)?
Ich wäre sehr dankbar für eine Anleitung oder Hilfe.

I accidentally set a Supervisor password in the BIOS of my Acer Nitro ANV15-41 and unfortunately forgot it.
When I turn the laptop on, I now get the message:
