Hi everyone! I've been trying for quite some time to figure out what to do in order to fix this problem.
At first, I didn't know why I was getting frame drops (when I go from 100 fps to around 5-10) when I was in a game. This thing would happen after a few minutes or even one hour or two. I solved the issue by buying a better cooler for my laptop but there were still moments when I was facing the same issue.
In time, I figured out that both my CPU and my GPU were relatively fine so I was searching for some answers in the Acer community about the system temps and I found the same problem for users. Before this, I tried reinstalling my driver but nothing has changed. Though I managed to keep this problem under control by always disabling the Ethernet driver (I have to do this everytime I boot up my PC, otherwise I will get the same temps), I have to use the internet cable when traveling or when I download large files.
This is a picture taken when I was using multiple browser tabs and pretty much doing light work. If I start a game, then that value jumps to 95-96.
I'm also about to change my thermal paste soon in a few weeks because it's about time. Any advice for the system temperature? It's been really frustrating for me. Thanks a lot!
