WHY MY PREDATOR NEO 16 STAYS AT 100% PERCENT EVEN WITH SMART AGING?

I recently purchased the Acer Predator Neo 16 (2024) model, and I’m using PredatorSense to manage my device settings. I’ve enabled Smart Charging (Smart Battery/Smart Aging) to keep the battery charge capped at 80% to help prolong battery health. However, despite this setting being turned on, my battery keeps charging beyond 80%, it always even up to 100%. I’ve double-checked that the Smart Charging feature is active in PredatorSense, but it doesn’t seem to take effect. Has anyone else experienced this issue on the 2024 model? Are there any known fixes, BIOS settings, or software updates that I should look into?
