Upgrade to a 2.5" SSD drive as your boot drive and also upgrade the ram from 8GB to at least 16GB as that will help with the boot speed, as with Win-10 you need more than 8GB ram.

But its much better if your F5-573G runs the max 32GB and use either DDR4-2133MT/s type ram (if you can still buy this type of ram) if you can't, then fit the DDR4-2400MT/s type ram. Buy the the 2.5" Samsung SATA III 870 EVO drive and use the Samsung magician to clone to this drive, as your Acer fitted 2.5" mechanical SATA III boot drive is probably faulty and has slowed down, and that is why you are getting a slow boot.

Fitting a new 2.5" SSD drive and doing a clone of the old OS will give you quicker boot speed together with more ram and your laptops speeds will increase by at least 150%. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Below is the Storage specs of your Aspire F5-573G which does not have provisions for an M.2 SATA SSD drive, only the Aspire E5-576, E5-576G, E5-576T have provisions for the M.2 SSD SATA type drives like listed below.
