I have a case ID for the issue already. I had initially contacted tech support via chat. They asked that I follow up on another device. So I tried chat on my phone. It wouldn't allow me to enter in any text. I tried it on a different browser. Same thing.
So then I tried calling. I am just greeted by silence after saying I am being transferred to an agent. So then I tried SMS. Again, silence after receiving the message I am being transferred to a live agent.
Like, I am not sure what to do now. Any advice? Is there an email? Maybe that will get ignored too anyway! Are they just having issues today? (June 9th 2025).
