I bought a new laptop Acer Nitro V 15 ANV15-51-53vm NH.QNAAA.002

I update the windows and drivers from windows update in settings. I install all updating apps and windows files. and it doesn't show any thing else to update. but the windows alerts me to update the latest version, and when i go to settings it doesn't show any this to update. and it show the following message:

your version of windows has reached the end of service.

I download the 24H2 version at microsoft.com and update the windows to this version. but when i go to the windows update it shows another error:

We couldn't connect to the update service. we will try again later, or you can check now. if it still doesn't work, make sure you are connected to the internet.

What should i do?

Hi, run the Windows Update Trouble shooter and when completed try "Check for Updates"

    Troubleshoot Windows Update.jpg

If still update issues open Device Manager and check devices/drivers with yellow exclamation marks, uninstall those and also Unknown or Other Devices you see. Reboot and try "Check for Updates" again.

Did you do a Clean Install of the new Win-11 24H2 version, do NOT do just an update of the 24H2 version, as that is why you are getting those windows errors from your previous 23H2 version operating system with the following:

    • Your version of windows has reached the end of service, which relates to the 23H2 version
    • We couldn't connect to the update service. we will try again later, or you can check now. if it still doesn't work, make sure you are connected to the internet.

You need to do a Clean Install with the of the Win-11 24H2 installation, construct a bootable USB with the Rufus 4.7 guide and also put the ANV5-51 IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver version 20.0.0.1038 folder into this same bootable USB, as you will need this driver to recognize the boot M.2 SSD drive @ Where do you want to install Windows>Load driver section of the installation. Do all that as afterwards you will have no more windows updates errors. Good luck and hope this helps you out to solve these problems.
