    Try the below step

Open Device Manager, expand the "Batteries" section, right-click the battery driver (usually "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"), and select "Uninstall device". After uninstalling, restart your computer; Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.

I tried that method too, but it didn't work. As soon as I removed the charger cable from the battery, the laptop automatically turned off.

I purchased this at the nearby Croma store. Could you please tell me if they will replace the battery or provide a different laptop? Do you have any information regarding this?

If your laptop turns off immediately after removing the charger, it's likely due to a problem with the battery, power settings, or overheating. The battery might be depleted, faulty, or the laptop's power settings might be configured to shut down when unplugged. Overheating can also cause the laptop to shut down as a safety measure.
    Troubleshooting steps:-

    1. Check battery health:
If the battery is old or has been repeatedly depleted, it might be unable to hold a charge long enough to power the laptop. You can try replacing the battery or contacting the manufacturer for assistance.
    2. Adjust power settings:
Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options and ensure that the "On battery" settings are not set to shut down or hibernate after a short time.
    3. Update battery drivers:
In Device Manager, update the driver for the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery.
    4. Clean cooling vents:
Dust and debris can block the cooling vents, leading to overheating and shutdowns.
    5. Check for overheating:
If the laptop feels unusually hot, use a laptop cooling pad or ensure proper airflow around the laptop to prevent overheating.
    6. Try running without the battery:
If the laptop runs fine when plugged in and only turns off when the charger is removed, it could indicate a faulty battery.
    7. Consult the manufacturer:
If the issue persists, contact the manufacturer's support for further assistance, as it could be a hardware problem like a faulty battery or charging circuit.
