My Acer Cromebook CB315-3H has not been used for a long time. When I was about to pick it up, it did not work. Reading this on ACER.com:

My question is: Where do I find "power-" - "Refresh-" and "Escape-" -keys on my keyboard? What symbols do the different flavors have? Is there an overview that shows the entire keyboard with an explanation of the different flavors?

Hi, this CB is from January 2019 and you need to replace the battery after 6 years, especially when not charged over a long period of time: Genuine Battery for Acer Chromebook 15 CB315-3HT-P297 314 C933 3INP5/82/70 | eBay

If your Acer Chromebook CB315-3H won't power on, several troubleshooting steps can be taken. First, check the power source and charger. If that's not the issue, try a hard reset by holding the refresh and power buttons for 10 seconds. If the screen is black but the power light is on, it could be a display issue. Lastly, consider disconnecting the battery and letting it rest for a while before reconnecting, as this can sometimes resolve power issues.
    Detailed Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. Check Power Source:
Ensure the Chromebook is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
Try a different charger to rule out a faulty charger.
    2. Hard Reset:
Unplug the charger from the Chromebook.
Press and hold the refresh key and the power button for 10 seconds.
    3. Check for Display Issues:
If the power light is on, but the screen is black, try connecting the Chromebook to an external monitor via a VGA or HDMI port.
If the external monitor works, the issue is likely with the Chromebook's display.
    4. Disconnect and Reconnect Battery:
Open the Chromebook's back and disconnect the battery.
Let the Chromebook sit for a few hours.
Reconnect the battery and try to power it on again.
    5. Consider Hardware Reset (if necessary):
If the above steps don't work, consider a hardware reset, which will restart your Chromebook's hardware. This may involve holding the refresh and power button while the Chromebook is off.
