Can you read the appendix info on the unzipped file as it should have instructions.

You need to post model # etc.

When you get it on a USB then go to bios and ENABLE boot ENABLE then save F10 and do a F12 reboot to select the USB.

This is the Acer drivers page for the Veriton N4640G desktop where you can get the bios download for the Veriton N4640G model, go to this bios update version named > BIOS - Add fan curve to support silent mode and performance mode - Acer- dated: 2018/11/12 – this is the link to the bios version R02-B1, so download this bios file, but be aware that this bios can only be installed and updated within Win-10 OS and NOT Ubuntu OS, as the Veriton N4640G desktop is an Acer windows OS designed desktop and not an Ubuntu OS desktop and the bios can't be updated withing Ubuntu. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.

To flash your BIOS using Ubuntu 22.04 from the command line, first make sure the BIOS update you downloaded includes an actual firmware file, such as a .bin, .rom, or .exe—not just a PDF. The PDF is usually just instructions. Next, format a USB stick to FAT32 using a tool like GParted or by running sudo mkfs.vfat -F 32 /dev/sdX (replacing /dev/sdX with the correct USB device). Then mount the USB drive, copy the BIOS file to it, and unmount it. After that, reboot your computer and enter the BIOS or boot menu (usually by pressing F2, DEL, or F12 at startup). Look for a BIOS update utility—common names include "EZ Flash," "M-Flash," or "Instant Flash"—and select the BIOS file from your USB stick to start the update. If the BIOS update is only available as a Windows .exe, you may need to extract it using a tool like cabextract or use FreeDOS or a Windows PE boot environment. If you share your exact motherboard or laptop model, I can provide more detailed steps.
