I suggest that you completely uninstall the Intel graphics thorough Device Manager first, and then install the initial oem Intel graphics driver for the Nitro V15 laptop (whatever model you have?) provided by Acer (as afterwards, the appropriate Intel graphics drive will be updated by windows update) afterwards, uninstall the NVidia driver with the specialist DDU uninstaller in safe mode and then reinstall the latest NVidia driver for your gpu from NVidia, as doing all this should fix the “the line has delayed refresh rate from the rest of the screen”. If the above doesn’t fix those issues, then either your Nitro V15 has a faulty eDP cable or its screen is faulty, so look at those issues also. Good luck and hope this fixes your problem.
