But this petition is to try to motivate acer to address and fix the issues that I’m sure not just me but many of you with that have a laptop with newer NitroSense versions deal with as well, such as turbo mode missing, incorrect cpu and gpu readings at times, updates via the app not working, any many more. I don't know which exact Nitro model laptop model you are using, but I've been using a model Nitro AN515-56 laptop since 2021 and I've never had problems with NS functionality, I've had some installation issues after a clean install of Win-11, but that was solved with installing NS within its NitroSenseV3.1 folder >

Now I'm using the Predator Neo PHN16-71 with Predator Sense and its never given me any problems. By the NS caption that you are sharing on Reddit, your Nitro laptop must be an old Nitro laptop and that could be the issue also, as there could be a fault with your laptop and that is why its not installing the NS software for your laptop properly.
