Realtek Audio speakers not working (PH315-55)

So this problem started 2 days ago. I never had any problems with the speakers until now. They at first just didn't produce any audio, but now they make random popping sounds. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiple times, restarted, tried to install them in safe mode, I used ddu to uninstall them, then reinstall them but that didn't work.

The only thing I did differently to cause this was I updated my nvidia graphics drivers, but instead of an express installation I did a custom one and then chose to do a clean installation as I had been having serious gpu utilisation issues in cyberpunk 2077.

After that, my backlight control broke and I wasn't able to adjust the screen brightness. So I installed the drivers from acer support, which worked perfectly, and I also decided to update the intel thermal drivers as I thought I might be having thermal issues, and I also installed all 3 available audio drivers as I had not updated them before.

This was where my issue started, and have been unable to fix it since.

If anyone knows how to help please let me know!

I solved it. I reinstalled windows. Not a full clean install where it formats your pc, but just a normal reinstall, and now it works perfectly!
