Acer Aspire F5 573g 76xa-16 GB DDR4 2666Mhz-After memory upgrade getting it crashes with Blue Screen

Hello team, can someone please help me, I have bought new RAM: EVM 16GB DDR4 Laptop RAM 2666MHz - Update Your Laptop's Performance - CL15 Latency for my Acer Aspire F5 573G 76XA as I saw it was compatible with my laptop

But whenever I use my laptop for high end programs, it crashes with Blue Screen saying "Memory management" I already ran Memory diagnostic test as well as Memtest86 but there were no issues in that, can someone help me with this issue, should I format and install the windows again? Or how to do BIOS update I am unable to find it.

Isn't your laptop had 1600mhz ddr3L ram installed by default? Download and run cpu-Z then go to spd tab and post screenshot of both slots

No the default Ram is 8GB DDR4 2400T

Post CPU-Z, SPD tab screenshot like I said. And you need ram won't work. You can try booting only with new ram. If it's still same then you need to buy same specs 2400T ram. There's low chances that other than 2400T ram will work.
