Why did my Aspire 15/14 not start after sleep mode, with blinking power button. Is this normal?

I just bought an Acer Aspire 15/41. On the second day, after an hour of normal use, I put it to sleep (by closing the lid with the charger plugged in), but when I opened the lid, my laptop wouldn't start. Its power button started blinking, and the small light on the top panel, far-right side started blinking too, with a very, very dim light. I hold the power button for a few seconds to make it start again.

I am just concerned about why it happens on a new laptop. Is it normal? Please answer.

Thank you.

Sometimes your laptop enters sleep mode but you don’t know. Pressing the power button can help you exit this mode. If this cannot turn on the machine, try to long press Power to restart your device.

If this simple way cannot fix the issue – Acer laptop won’t turn on, try these steps below to power reset the Acer laptop:

Step 1: Unplug all the external devices connected to your PC, including docking stations, external hard drives, USB devices, printers, scanners, a mouse, a keyboard, or other peripherals.

Step 2: Hold and press the Power button for at least 30 seconds to drain residual electricity and then release this button.

Step 3: Reassemble everything and connect the charger back, open the laptop, and see if it can turn on.

Let us know once you've repeated these.

The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.
