Sometimes the problem may be with your phone. Test if another phone or device can connect.

Check if Internet Sharing is Properly Configured
Even though the mobile hotspot is enabled, Windows sometimes doesn’t automatically route the internet connection through the virtual adapter. Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings. Right-click your primary internet connection (the one connected to the internet) → Properties. Go to the Sharing tab. Check: “Allow other network users to connect through this computer’s internet connection”. In the dropdown, select the Hotspot virtual adapter usually “Local Area Connection* xx” or similar.

Also, check firewall or Antivirus Blocking Connection. Security software can block network bridging Internet Connection Sharing. Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus or firewall, then try connecting. If it works, add an exception in your antivirus/firewall settings for the hotspot.

Use Command Line to Reset Network. This clears out most software-related issues.
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these commands one by one:
    netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
    netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=YourSSID key=YourPassword
    netsh wlan start hostednetwork
Then try connecting again from your phone.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

Try to keep your hotspot power on. Also, make sure to turn off battery saving mode on your phone
