Where can I find the energy labels and certificates for Acer monitors (EU requirement)?

Hi,

I'm trying to list several Acer monitors on our webshop, but I'm running into a serious issue:
I cannot find the EU energy labels or product certificates for most of them. These are legally required for displaying the products online in the EU.

  • There’s no energy label or efficiency class image available on your product pages.
  • I cannot find the EPREL QR code either.
  • When I search in the EPREL database, many Acer models don't even show up, or lack downloadable documents.

This is only a problem with Acer — all other manufacturers provide these documents publicly and transparently(and not only in the box of the product).
Could someone please explain where I can find these? Or how we are supposed to comply with EU webshop regulations when selling Acer monitors?

Thanks in advance.

You can download the energy label from official Acer website. See the example below for model Acer monitor with model no EK220Q Acer Downloads

If you need help you can contact Acer support in your region Acer Support

    Who would have figured!

    Thank you!

But the method failed twice by model "UM.QX0EE.105" or "XF240YX1biiph"

    and

    "UM.HX2EE.G05" or "KA272Gbip"

I simply couldn't find them by the acer search.

    You're welcome!

It looks like Acer's support page allows you to search using Serial Number (SN), SNID, or Model Number. Since you've tried searching with the full model name XF240YX1biiph and it didn't work, you might have better luck using just XF240YX instead.

Alternatively, entering the Serial Number (SN) or SNID should give you the most accurate results. You can find these numbers on the back of your monitor or in its settings.
