I understand that your monitor is considered as the default monitor in the operating system. Please let us know the brand and model number. I will send you the most suitable driver.

By the way, you should know that in order to use the Hz value of our monitor, the graphics adapter must support the Hz value.

The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

you have to go to device manager, pick the device that you got the drivers for, select "update driver software", then select "browse computer for drivers" or something (basically not the internet option) and navigate to the folder with your files. Click the file it shows in that folder.
