Hi all bought this computer two weeks ago, when I install and play a game the computer shutdown after 15 or 30min gaming sometime before. Once it crashed 3 or 4 times, the game is not crashing anymore or after 1 hour or more. The weird thing never happen on RDR2 with very high settings but crashed on random game from steam. I think the worst is Snow runner who crash most of the time. All drivers are up to date. Any idea because I saw lot of different post with the same problem? thanks

Use Msi Afterburner for real-time monitoring while gaming and using it check your GPU/CPU temperatures. Check if they exceed 90°C and reaching 100°C

Start by monitoring temperature levels using MSI Afterburner to detect overheating. Ensure proper ventilation and consider using a cooling pad for better airflow.

Next, adjust power settings by selecting High Performance mode in Control Panel > Power Options to provide stable power during gaming.

Additionally, close unnecessary background applications via Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) to free up CPU and RAM resources.

For better cooling, place two books under each side of the laptop to improve airflow and reduce overheating risks.

Restart your laptop to clear any temporary system issues that might affect stability. A fresh reboot can often resolve minor glitches.

Check for system updates to ensure your laptop has the latest patches and optimizations for improved performance.

Update from yesterday I played forza for a long time like 1h30 and the computer shutdown again, the temp was around 70* I start to think it could be a weak power supply problem. I clean the background app and I'm going to maybe reset windows 11 that's the only think I didnt do. Very annoying cause my old Msi never did this kind of thing.
