After reinstallation of Windows 11 my laptop lost advanced functions of touchpad - it's working only in mouse modef - scrolling doesn't work. Under Device Manager in Mouse category there is no driver for touchpad.

Unfortunately under Acer driver page there are no drivers for touchpad - only information about instalation IO drivers before installing touchpadhttps://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Aspire_AV15-52/downloads?suggest=av15-52;1

In BIOS there is no option for touchpad to select advanced or standard mode.

Any ideas?

When your Acer Aspire Vero AV15-52 loses advanced touchpad functionality it's usually due to missing or incorrect touchpad drivers. Here's how to restore full functionality:

Check if Windows Recognizes the Touchpad as Precision
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad.

If you don’t see advanced gesture settings, Windows isn’t using the correct driver.
Download & Install the Chipset 10.1.36.7 and IO Drivers driver 30.100.2148.1. https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/product-support/Aspire%20AV15-52//downloads

Restart your computer. If your touchpad supports it, Windows should now show “Your PC has a precision touchpad” under Settings > Touchpad. More gesture options and configuration tools.

Sometimes the touchpad mode gets reset after OS reinstallation. Reboot and enter BIOS usually by pressing F2 on boot. Find Touchpad settings. Set to Advanced (not Basic or Disabled). Save and exit.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
