    What is the full model number of your laptop?

    Have there been any recent OS updates?

    I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

    Hi model,

    Model Number: E5-574G Serial Number : NXG3HSG001XXXXXXXXXXXX

    yeah like 3 weeks ago I had completly reinstall windows 10 pro cause laptop coudn't find path to windows folder and etc, and got a blue screen saying this error

    I did downloaded and istalled few drivers from the acer site and also updated bios by force update cause my battery is dead , the only driver that which i need to install is ;

    image.png

    this one i wont install it as my battery is dead and i beleive this would put me into a black screen and say battery level is low and charge to proceed!

    And i also need to ask , is there a way to fix this as well ;

    If i upgrade my windows 10 to windows 11 will i get a smooth interface than this and will it be faster than this (My device has a WD HDD~ Built in 1TB~

    VRAM acts as a workspace for your GPU. If that workspace is too small, your game will suffer. Older titles may still run fine on 8GB, but recent AAA games are already pushing well past that threshold on vidmate.

    Based on the image, the likely cause is missing or outdated drivers, particularly for the "USB2.0-CRW" entry under Other devices. This label usually refers to the Realtek Card Reader driver. For your Acer E5-574G, download the latest Intel Chipset Driver from the same Acer support page, under the Chipset section. Restart and open Device Manager again. Your SD card reader should now function when you insert a card. Aspire E5-574G downloads Upgrading to Windows 11 will give your Acer E5-574G a modern look, but with an HDD, it may feel slower than Windows 10.

    I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

    Windows Update errors like 0x80070643 and 0x800f0805 are common and usually fixable. Based on your screenshot, you're trying to install the 2025-04 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 but are encountering issues. Try tthese fix.

    Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Select Windows Update and run the troubleshooter. Follow the on-screen instructions and try updating again.

    Restart Windows Update Services
    Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these commands one at a time:
    net stop wuauserv
    net stop cryptSvc
    net stop bits
    net stop msiserver
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    net start wuauserv
    net start cryptSvc
    net start bits
    net start msiserver
    Then restart your PC and try updating again.

    Sometimes manual updates are smoother: Download the Windows 10 Update Assistant from Microsoft's official site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    Use it to install the latest update manually.

    Another option, manually Install the Update. Go to the Microsoft Update Catalog: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com
    Search for KB5055612. Download and install the correct version for your system (likely x64-based).

    If you're still getting errors. Make sure your antivirus/firewall isn't blocking updates. Temporarily disable them and try again. Check your disk space—Windows updates can fail if there's not enough free space.

    I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
