I Just bought an Acer Verition and an Acer 12 port mini-Dock but the two screens connected via the HDMI ports do not work? Is there a missing driver for the mini-Dock? If so, where can I find that?

What is the exact model number of the Acer Veriton?
Which ports are available on the Acer Veriton and the Mini Dock?
    How are the monitors connected?
Are display settings configured correctly in Windows?

This helps check its hardware specifications and compatibility with external docks.Knowing whether the Veriton has USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode or other video output options helps in diagnosing the issue. Are both monitors connected via HDMI, or are different ports being used (like DisplayPort or VGA)? Checking these factors can help pinpoint the root cause of your display issue.

Yes, you are missing the drivers for the Mini Dock, they should have been included, or there should be a link in the documentation.

Thanks, both for your answers. It is an Acer Veriton N Pro Desktop | VN6710G with one HDMI port and the mini dock has two HDMI ports.

It is working for my Lenovo laptop (business) but not for my Acer Veriton!?

Where can I download the correct driver?

The USB-C port on the Acer Veriton N Pro Desktop may support video output, but it depends on the specific model and configuration. If your USB-C port has a DisplayPort (DP) or HDMI symbol, it likely supports video output.
Try connecting a USB-C monitor directly to see if it works. if it doesn’t support video, you may need to use HDMI or DisplayPort instead. How to connect a computer with USB-C port to an external display

If your Acer Veriton N Pro Desktop does not support native video output through USB-C, you will need an active USB-to-Video signal converter dock rather than a passive adapter. Passive adapters only work if the USB-C port natively supports video output like DisplayPort Alt Mode. Active converters process the signal internally, allowing video output even from USB data-only ports. Check this conversation on12 port Mini Dock. Acer 12in1 Type C dongle. Don't recognize monitors
