My Acer Aspire 3 A315-59 has periodically crashed on me since I bought it in February 2025. I've ensured Windows is up to date and run tests such as Virus scans - all checked out, but still, it can periodically crash.
Today we ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool mdsched via the Run window, having been advised to try it, and it almost immediately reported there is a hardware error and that I need to return it to the manufacturer for repair.
I also have a popup saying, "Windows Memory Diagnostic - your computer has a memory problem" as I type this, possibly from running RAM and NVMe tests via Acer Sense (which unhelpfully reported they were 'Good')
