I have 2 monitors at one my work offices which are display port drive. So far, I have only one of them working, via a VGA adapter from my laptop HDMI port. How can I have both monitors working.

My laptop is the Acer Inspire Vero - av15-51-73sl

You can connect multiple monitors to your Acer Aspire Vero AV15-51-73SL, but there are some limitations. The USB-C port on this model does not support display output, so you’ll need to use other methods. Since the USB-C port doesn’t support display output, a USB 3.0 to HDMI adapter can be used to connect a second monitor. If you only have one HDMI port but need two monitors, an HDMI splitter might work, though it usually duplicates the display rather than extending it.

As per the below specification, the USB-C on this model is only for data transfer only. If you want to connect 2nd external monitor, you will need a USB3.0 to HDMI adapter
