How can I disable/ Quit the customization of the audio in my predator helios neo-16? Because I really need to use the audio DEFAULT on windows but, when I plug my pc, it sounds really loud, but when it's on battery mode, it sounds really low, different, WITH AN EXTERNAL AUDIO INTERFACE. Im a Music Producer, so I really need to get the audio as natural as posible, but I can not

Then In another question, how can I use it like a notebook? It's warmer than a volcano.

Here are a few things you can try:

Disable Audio Enhancements. Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select Sounds. Go to the Playback tab, select your audio device, and click Properties. Under the Enhancements tab, check Disable all enhancements.

Check Windows Communication Settings. Open Control Panel > Sound > Communications tab. Set it to Do nothing when Windows detects communication activity.

Disable DTS and Purified Voice Features. If your laptop has DTS or Acer PurifiedVoice, disable them in their respective settings.

Check Power Settings for Audio. Open Control Panel > Power Options. Click Change plan settings for your active power plan. Go to Change advanced power settings. Look for Processor power management and System cooling policy, and ensure they are set to Maximum performance when on battery.

Gaming laptops tend to generate a lot of heat, but there are ways to make it more manageable for everyday use. Use Balanced or Eco Mode. Open PredatorSense and switch to a lower power mode instead of Turbo or Performance. This reduces CPU and GPU power consumption, lowering heat output. In PredatorSense, set fan mode to Custom and manually increase fan speed. Some users report that the default fan settings don’t cool efficiently. Use a Cooling Pad. Elevating the laptop and using a cooling pad can improve airflow.

Modify Windows Power Settings. Go to Control Panel > Power Options and select Balanced or Power Saver when using it like a notebook. Reduce Processor Power Management to limit CPU speed when unplugged. Disable Turbo Boost. Some users suggest disabling Intel Turbo Boost in BIOS or Windows to prevent excessive heat spikes

If none of these work, it could be worth reaching out to the Acer Support for further assistance.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
