Quest 3S VR USB connection fails on N50-620 PC, code 10 error

Have few month old VR headset, Quest 3S. plugging in by USB to pc i get error message saying malfunctioned. This happens on all USB slots. Checking USB says Code 10, Googled and done all I can but not fixed. Factory reset on headset, bought new wire this weekend and just spoken to Microsoft support but couldnt fix. all drivers up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled drivers doesnt fix. I'm at a loss!

    To connect the Meta Quest 3S to your desktop follow the below steps of look at this guide here or this You Tube video guide as your Nitro N50-620 desktop should be able to connect to the front or back USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type C ports or the USB 3.2 Gen2 Type A ports of the Nitro N50-620 desktop that run the Meta Quest 3S.     Try this connections method first:

    1. Download and install the Meta Quest app on your PC.
    2. Connect the cable to your headset and a USB 3.0 port on your computer.
    3. Put on your Quest 3 and allow link connections if prompted.
    4. Open the Meta Quest app on your PC and follow the instructions.
