I have the latest 1.15 insyde bios on my Nitro ANV15-41(R7 7735hs + rtx 4050m). When i installed kali linux, bios just stop open via F2, just ACER logo. Reboot doesn't help, so only way is hard reset which fix black screen problem. Boot manager works perfectly, so i can boot in windows and kali. When i rename kali directory in EFI, bios start working as intended, so i can open bios settings and etc. When I add an entry about the grub loader kali to the boot manager, bios settings stop loading again on the button and just freezes until hard reset. Any idea, how to fix this and have dualboot with kali and windows with fully working bios? Or just wait for new bios update? Sorry for grammar, not my native language.

Out of curiosity, are you intending to use Linux to full limits of your laptop hardware? The reason I ask is cos i see many people getting stuck with Linux. if you aren't going to push hardware limits, I would suggest loading Linux into a virtual machine. This is what i do when I want a different OS for a specific work.

Also, one way I had tried before and had it working was installing Linux to an external SSD. This is fast too, and you do not need dual boot. Whenever I needed Linux, I simply connected the USB, hit F10 and selected USB and boot drive. This path allowed me use full hardware of my laptop without messing with my existing OS or having to worry about dual booting.
