Cestus335 Acer Product Support Not Working! no driver or user manual for the unit

Registered and logged into Acer, added my Cestus335. BUT before and after have not been able to see Support, Drivers, or Manuals for my Cestus. I've clicked on my product, entered serial number with several computers many times and it just bounces back with no details, downloads or information for my product. Nowhere on your site am I able to see a manual for my Cestus button functions, not even the at the sales page product description!

Can you please help?

I bought the Cestus335 secondhand after buying two new laptops directly from Acer for my new business startup. Hope I don't have this problem when I register my laptops.

The Predator Cestus 335 mouse («< see the Acer detailed page on this mouse) is known as the model PMW120 «<click on this link as Acer has an application driver and a QSG manual support on this mouse.

Also be aware that buying a second hand or reconditioned laptops or a second hand mouse like the Cestus335 PMW120 model mouse that you have would have been registered already with Acer and that is why you can’t register them again. If you bought the laptops and Cestus335 mouse second hand or reconditioned, as the Acer warranty will be covered if its within the 12 months period of these Acer products warranty registration were registered when new.

If you need any registration work done, you will need to produce the purchase receipt under your name before Acer will repaired anything under warranty and all products will still have to be under the initial first registration date and its 12 months original warranty and not from when you bought these Acer products second hand or reconditioned, this also applies with Acer purchased reconditioned products as they have a separate warranty from Acer.
