A317-54-345K monitor would go dark and reappear only after I adjusted the monitor back and forth

I purchased an ACER A317-54-345K on January 03, 2025, at Staples Canada to be used at the local food bank. It worked fine till last week, when the monitor would go dark and reappear only after I adjusted the monitor back and forth. Then it just stopped showing a picture altogether. Now, when I turn the laptop on, nothing comes on the screen.

I took the laptop back for repair, but they sent me to Allstate, and Allstate said the issue was a manufacturing issue. Thus, I am writing this email. What do I do?
