I believe that is an India only model, so we don't have any access to specs. Try contacting Acer support for your locale.

The Acer Super series 43-inch TV may have limitations with enabling HDR, ALLM, and 4K HDMI 3 due to the TV's specifications or the console's compatibility. Some common reasons include insufficient HDMI versions, incompatibility with specific HDR formats, or needing to enable the settings in the TV's menu.
Here's a breakdown of potential issues and solutions:

    1. HDMI Version:
Requirement: Enabling ALLM and 4K HDR often requires HDMI 2.0 or 2.1. Check the TV's specifications to see which HDMI version is supported on the input you're using.
Solution: Ensure the console is connected to an HDMI port that supports the necessary version.
    2. HDR Compatibility:
Issue: The Acer Super series TV might not support all HDR formats. Check the TV's manual or specifications to see which HDR formats (e.g., HDR10, HDR10+, HLG) are supported.
Solution: Confirm the console is set to output the correct HDR format, and that the TV is compatible.
    3. ALLM:
Issue: ALLM (Automatic Low Latency Mode) needs to be enabled in both the console's settings and the TV's settings.
Solution: Navigate to the console's display settings and enable ALLM. Then, locate ALLM or a similar setting within the TV's picture settings and enable it.
    4. 4K Resolution:
Issue: Ensure the console is set to output 4K resolution.
Solution: Verify the console's output settings are set to 4K.
    5. Other Considerations:
Cable: Ensure you're using a high-quality, certified HDMI cable that is compatible with 4K and HDR.
Update Firmware: Check for and install the latest TV firmware updates, as they may include improvements or bug fixes related to HDR and ALLM.
Check for Conflicts: If you have other displays connected, disconnecting them might resolve potential conflicts.
Consult the User Manual: Refer to the Acer Super series TV's user manual for detailed instructions on enabling HDR and other advanced features.
In summary, if HDR, ALLM, or 4K HDMI 3 is not working, check the HDMI version, HDR formats, enable ALLM in both console and TV settings, ensure 4K resolution is set, use a high-quality HDMI cable, update firmware, and consult the user manual.
