Who else is experiencing this while playing Valorant? All of my graphics drivers are up to date but for some reason my game keeps crashing and this message keeps popping up. Does anyone have a fix for this? I've tried everything nothing seems to work

Hi @ayrtonrf is it important to know which graphics driver you have installed, the one provided by Acer or the one from the graphics card manufacturer?
You should only install the Acer driver and let Windows Update update them.

But what's the exact model? I can check Acer's download page for the device.
It should look something like this:

    PHN16-72

PHN 16-71 why do you need my exact model number? I have the latest driver already installed and it still keeps crashing

Just so you can be sure, drivers vary by model:

Try using Balanced mode and not the turbo or performance mode.

Also set the Windows power mode to Balanced, and if still crashing, set it to Efficient mode in Windows Power Mode settings.

Acer Predator Sense is pushing the CPU to high temps for no reason.

I don't think the high temps are the cause of the crashing. But anyways thanks for the suggestion

I've got the exact same model PHN16-71 and my laptop is setup to run only on the NVidia gpu in bios and Predator sense, my PHN16-71 has the RTX4050 and its currently running NVidia gaming driver version 576.28 which is the latest NVidia driver, also install the NVidia App to keep up with the latest driver versions and also paly all the NVidia supported games through NVidia App for ultimate game settings.

Make sure that you have updated to the last bios version 1.18 as this bios has the latest cpu microcode updated for the 13th Gen Intel cpu problems of high voltages and frequencies for extended periods of time fix.

Also set these settings in Predator Sense > Personal Setting > GPU Operating > NVidia GPU Only and also set the PS Scenario > Mode > Balanced as that is the best settings for these laptops, keep everything at default with games and then if you want to increase performance increase the laptops settings in PS appropriately. good luck and hope this helps you out further to solve your problem.
