I am having trouble with my touchpad. The light isn't on, and it's not working. I'm using an acer Swift Go 14. Can someone help me with this problem? even though it's a touchscreen, it's still troublesome if the touchpad can't be used.

It would help if you told us what Swift Go 14 model you have? I would first check if the keyboard touchpad toggle is ON or OFF as that is an easy mistake that people make and think that the touchpad doesn't work otherwise uninstall in Device Manager > Mice and other pointing device the > 12C filter driver and reboot the laptop and let windows reinstall this driver and see if that works. Otherwise and if that doesn't fix the issue you have either a touchpad cable (take the cable out and clean its pins and reinsert the cable and see if the touchpad works) if not then its faulty or the actual touchpad is faulty and needs replacing.

    Keyboard touchpad toggle.

Oh, never mind. The answer is, I accidentally pushed the F10 button (it's the on-and-off button for the touchpad with the icon like the pic). 🤣 Anyway, thanks for the answer!
