I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’m having with my Acer Nitro V15 gaming laptop. I bought it in the UAE and have been using it for about a year. Recently, while playing games on battery power at my cousin's house, the laptop suddenly shut down after a few minutes. I initially thought the battery had drained, but when I got home and plugged it into the charger, the laptop turned on. However, the battery wasn’t recognized by the system at all, and the laptop only worked while plugged into the AC adapter.

I’ve checked the BIOS, and it clearly shows that the battery is not detected. I also calibrated the battery about two days ago, and it showed a health of around 93%. I’ve tried unplugging and reconnecting the battery, but the issue remains.

Since I’m currently in Pakistan, I wanted to ask if I can claim warranty service under Acer’s International Travelers Warranty (ITW), especially for the battery replacement. I’d appreciate your help in understanding whether this issue is covered and how I can proceed with getting a replacement.
please kindly do something and pass this request man i spent alot on this laptop and i dont want to buy smth new i hope you guys can help please guys send me a new battery please or a replacement. love from pakistan as for my model number and all
